Job summary

Hillman Ross seeks an experienced Systems & Storage Engineer Lead/Manager to design, implement, and support enterprise infrastructure across Windows, VMware, Microsoft Azure, storage, backup, and cloud platforms.

You will lead a global team, drive upgrades, migrations, and DR testing, and ensure ITIL processes and documentation are maintained in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server (2019/2022/2025) and VMware vSphere.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Hands-on experience with SAN/NAS storage, preferably NetApp ONTAP.
• Knowledge of Brocade Fibre Channel fabrics and storage networking.
• Experience with enterprise backup and recovery solutions, ideally Commvault.
• Scripting/automation using PowerShell and/or Terraform.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Conditional Access).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise infrastructure operations.
