Job summary

SleekFlow is seeking a Technical Sales Manager in Hong Kong to lead the technical consulting function, acting as a hands-on expert while coaching a growing team. You will interface with Sales and Customer Success to understand requirements and deliver solutions using SleekFlow offerings.

You will own performance and growth of the team, ensuring scalable delivery, while bridging customers, product, and teammates to drive customer-centric solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Technical Consultant, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Support).
• Experience leading or mentoring a technical, pre-sales, or solutions team or readiness to step into people leadership.
• Strong technical knowledge of software products, cloud technologies, APIs, and integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical consultants and solutions engineers.
• Serve as a senior technical point of contact for customers; address product questions and guide usage.
• Support pre-sales activities: product demos and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with product to gather use cases and shape the roadmap.
• Maintain deep expertise in product capabilities, integrations, and configurations.
• Scale the function; hire, onboard, and set standards and playbooks.
• Act as escalation point for complex technical and customer-critical situations.
