Sleek.com is hiring a sales hustler to accelerate growth in Hong Kong, helping SMEs register, understand their legal/accounting landscape, and adopt Sleek solutions. You will engage leads, close deals, and collaborate with product/marketing teams while expanding a partner network.

The role requires strong networking, CRM experience, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with a minimum of 4 years in external client sales. One day WFH per week is offered.

Qualifications

• A born hustler with a networking mindset and business development drive.
• Self-driven with strategic thinking to identify and pursue opportunities.
• At least 4 years working with external clients (SMEs) selling complex products.
• Understanding of Hong Kong’s legal and accounting landscape.
• Experience with sales CRM is mandatory (Salesforce/HubSpot/Pipedrive).
• Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and proficient in Mandarin.

Job Description

You’ll:

Engage discussion with leads, close deals, pass them to the customer success teams

Help customers evaluate their needs and how Sleek can help them

Take care of inbound inquiries and improve acquisition performance in conjunction with internal teams (product, marketing...)

Engage discussion with partners/intermediaries eager to sell our solution to their audience, in order to build your own pipeline

Build and nurture a relationship with prospects, potential partners, and existing clients

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

A born hustler, networker by heart, hungry for business development

Self-driven with strategic mind to explore new opportunities and generate business with strong marketing sense

A minimum of 4 years working with external clients (preferably SMEs), with a proven track record selling complex products/ systems in a simple way

An ability to understand Hong Kong’s legal and accounting landscape

Experience in sales CRM mandatory (Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive...)

Excellent communication skills, presentation skills and analytical skills

Fluent in English, Cantonese and good in Mandarin
