Job summary

Estudio Technologies in Hong Kong seeks a result-driven professional to tender for projects and manage the technical sales process, identifying opportunities, building key relationships with existing clients, and opening new business opportunities. You will read M&E drawings, analyse market trends, and present our solutions to clients, while providing pre-sales support and monitoring the sales pipeline to ensure targets are met.

A vehicle for field activities is preferred.

Qualifications

• Nitec certificate or diploma required.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in CAD drawing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a results focus.
• Established network within the system integrator community.
• Own vehicle for client visits and field work.
• Knowledge of control systems, panel assembly and components.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• HVAC/air-conditioning controls, lighting control, access control, video intercom, home/building automation, networking and system integration knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand M&E drawings, schematics and specifications.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitions to inform strategic decisions.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with architects, ID firms, M&E consultants, developers, main contractors and owners.
• Understand a client's requirements and present effectively our solutions and value propositions.
• Provide pre-sales and application support by working with technical teams to address client's requirements.
• Monitor sales pipeline and report progress against targets to ensure goal achievement.
