Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with at least 2 years in Maintenance/Repair or A&A projects, and can work under pressure. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years' working experiences in Maintenance and Repair or A&A Project.
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist Assistant Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis, price negotiation and budget control.
• Responsible for project planning, design work, site supervision, commissioning, operation and project documentation preparation.
• Monitor the work progress of maintenance and repair, and attend regular meetings with Client, Consultant, Main Contractor, Subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance of the relevant quality and safety standard / procedures and other statutory requirements, when applicable.
