Hang Yick Properties Management Limited is seeking a maintenance supervisor to ensure daily maintenance service and monitor progress. You will handle tenders, quotations, and oversee a team of technicians to carry out planned maintenance tasks.

The role emphasizes preparing preventive and corrective maintenance programmes and ensuring high service standards for our properties in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a property management company.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for providing daily maintenance service, monitoring work progress, tender & quotation.
• Prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programme.
• Supervise technicians to carry out daily maintenance work.
