Job summary

Kiu Lok Service Management Co., Ltd. in Wan Chai is seeking an Assistant Manager to supervise a team of technicians, oversee repair and maintenance, and contribute to building improvement, renovation, and reinstatement works for commercial and residential properties.

You will support Estates/Property Managers on builder works, electrical and mechanical issues, monitor contractor performance, and require a strong command of English and Chinese with PC skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Higher Diploma in relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years solid experience in E&M repair and maintenance works at various residential or commercial buildings.
• Experience with building automation system is an advantage.
• Registered electrical worker qualified for grade A work or above.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in PC applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager to supervise a team of technicians.

Assist and provide technical advice and support to Estates/Property Managers on all aspects of repair and maintenance in particular on builder works, electrical, and mechanical issues;

Requirements

Bachelor degree holder major in Engineering or Higher Diploma in relevant engineering discipline;
