Job summary

Urban Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to plan, implement and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for building assets. You will supervise technicians and contractors, investigate defects, prepare quotations, tenders, estimates and budgets for maintenance work, and assist the manager on renovation projects.

The role requires good communication, teamwork, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Services / Building Studies / Building Technology & Management / Building Surveying or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, pleasant and able to work as part of a team.
• Proficient in PC operation and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programme
• Supervise technician and contractor to carry out daily maintenance work
• Investigate and evaluate the cause of building defects and system breakdown
• Prepare quotation, tender document, estimate and budget for maintenance work
• Assist manager in renovation project and improvement work
• Assist manager to provide quality services to customer
