Lenovo Inc. in Hong Kong is seeking a Technical Support Officer I for sound and audio/video equipment. You will set up, rig and test system facilities to support operational and technical services.

Applicants should hold a Diploma or Certificate in Electronics, Electrical, Audio Engineering, Theatre Technology or related fields, or at least Secondary 5 with 1 year of relevant experience. Fluency in Cantonese and good written English is required, with willingness to work irregular shifts.

Responsibilities

• To assist in carrying out preventive & corrective maintenance and installation of system, equipment and facilities

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Electronic or Electrical or Audio Engineering, Theatre Technology or Technical Arts or any discipline related to Sound Design and Technology, Media and Technology, Computer Science or equivalent; OR
• Secondary 5 and at least 1 year relevant experience in operation and maintenance of audio and visual equipment and/or digital media equipment
• Willing to perform irregular shift duties
• Fluent spoken Cantonese and good written English are required.
