Lenovo Inc. invites applications for the role of Technical Support Officer I (Sound and Audio/Video Equipment) in Hong Kong.

The successful candidate will set up and rig system equipment for operations and technical services, perform simple tasks independently, and assist in maintenance and installation of AV systems. Requirements include a Diploma/Certificate in electronic/electrical or audio engineering or related fields, or Secondary 5 with at least 1 year of relevant experience; willingness

Qualificações

• Diploma or Certificate in Electronic or Electrical or Audio Engineering, Theatre Technology or related field, or equivalent.
• Secondary 5 and at least 1 year relevant experience in operation and maintenance of audio/visual equipment or digital media equipment.
• Willing to perform irregular shift duties.
• Fluent spoken Cantonese and good written English are required.

Responsibilities

• To set-up and rig system equipment and facilities for operational and technical services
• To carry out simple operational duties independently when required
• To assist in carrying out preventive & corrective maintenance and installation of system, equipment and facilities

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Electronic or Electrical or Audio Engineering, Theatre Technology or Technical Arts or any discipline related to Sound Design and Technology, Media and Technology, Computer Science or equivalent; OR
• Secondary 5 and at least 1 year relevant experience in operation and maintenance of audio and visual equipment and/or digital media equipment
• Willing to perform irregular shift duties
• Fluent spoken Cantonese and good written English are required.
