Lenovo Inc. in Hong Kong is seeking a Technical Support Officer I for sound and audio/video equipment. You will set up, rig and test system facilities to support operational and technical services.

Applicants should hold a Diploma or Certificate in Electronics, Electrical, Audio Engineering, Theatre Technology or related fields, or at least Secondary 5 with 1 year of relevant experience. Fluency in Cantonese and good written English is required, with willingness to work irregular shifts.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Electronics, Electrical, Audio Engineering, Theatre Technology or related field.
• Secondary 5 with at least 1 year relevant experience in operation and maintenance of audio/visual equipment.
• Willing to perform irregular shift duties.
• Fluent Cantonese and good written English.

Responsabilités

• To set-up and rig system equipment and facilities for operational and technical services
• To carry out simple operational duties independently when required
• To assist in carrying out preventive & corrective maintenance and installation of system, equipment and facilities
