Lenovo is seeking a Technical Support Officer I in Hong Kong to support sound and audio/video equipment. The role involves setting up and rigging system equipment for operational and technical services and assisting in maintenance and installation tasks.

Candidates should be prepared for irregular shift duties and possess Cantonese fluency with strong written English. Diploma or certificate in relevant field is required, along with experience in AV equipment operation.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Certificate in Electronic or Electrical or Audio Engineering, Theatre Technology or related field.
• Secondary 5 with at least 1 year of experience in operation and maintenance of audio/visual equipment.
• Willing to perform irregular shift duties.
• Fluent Cantonese and good written English are required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Electronic or Electrical or Audio Engineering, Theatre Technology or Technical Arts or any discipline related to Sound Design and Technology, Media and Technology, Computer Science or equivalent; OR
• Secondary 5 and at least 1 year relevant experience in operation and maintenance of audio and visual equipment and/or digital media equipment
• Willing to perform irregular shift duties
• Fluent spoken Cantonese and good written English are required.
