Lenovo in Hong Kong is seeking a Technical Support Officer I (Sound and Audio/Video Equipment) to set up and rig systems for operations. You will assist in maintenance tasks and support installations for equipment and facilities, ensuring smooth performance.

The role requires a Diploma/Certificate in a related field or at least Secondary 5 with 1 year of relevant experience, willingness to work irregular shifts, and fluent Cantonese with good written English.

Qualificações

• To assist in carrying out preventive & corrective maintenance and installation of system, equipment and facilities

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Electronic or Electrical or Audio Engineering, Theatre Technology or Technical Arts or any discipline related to Sound Design and Technology, Media and Technology, Computer Science or equivalent; OR
• Secondary 5 and at least 1 year relevant experience in operation and maintenance of audio and visual equipment and/or digital media equipment
• Willing to perform irregular shift duties
• Fluent spoken Cantonese and good written English are required.
