Job summary

JLL in Hong Kong is seeking a Building Services Engineer to supervise maintenance, repair and upgrades for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety systems, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will monitor progress, oversee tendering, and coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years’ experience, an engineering degree, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• 4–5 years of building services engineering experience.
• EMSD Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A or above) is an advantage.
• Relevant maintenance experience in HVAC/MVAC, Chiller Plant.
• Proficient in preparing tender documents and managing procurement processes.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
