Job summary

Leadingnation is hiring for a Building Services Supervisor in Hong Kong to oversee maintenance and E&M works on major developments. The role involves supervising a team and contractors, coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Building Services degree or equivalent, with 3+ years of site experience and strong supervision skills. Opportunities for learning and professional growth are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience.
• HD/ Degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years PQ experience in supervising BS installations in new developments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise repair, preventive and corrective maintenance works for BS installations and chiller plants.
• Assist in daily repair and preventive maintenance work at site.
• Supervise performance of the team and contractors on builder’s and E&M works.
• Handle tenants’ complaints, enquiries and fitting-out issues.

• Solid experience in maintenance of Turbine
• Familiar with Safety, Health and Environment related regulations
• Assist in the daily repair and preventive maintenance work at Silvercord
• Supervise performance of the team and contractors on builder’s and E&M works
• Handle tenants’ complaints, enquiries and fitting out issues

• 4+ years of PQ experience in supervising BS installations in new developments.
• MHKIE (Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Discipline) is preferred.
