Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordination with subcontractors and liaise with clients, architects and consultants on all BS/ E&M matters on site.
• To investigate and identify building defects, formulate appropriate remedial measures and ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations
• To prepare and compose detailed technical specifications, scope of works and drawings for building maintenance work, building services and fitting-out works for placing tenders and terms maintenance contracts
• To make recommendations on price comparison, method of statement, equipment schedule and work program of the proposals received from tenderers

Requirements:

• High Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience preferably
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Building Services Engineer
