Job summary

King Deux Search & Consulting is assisting a leading property developer in Hong Kong to appoint a Technical Manager for Serviced Apartments (BS/MEP). You will lead a team of 8-10 and coordinate with contractors to oversee repairs, maintenance and renovations of luxury serviced apartments.

The role requires a degree in Building Services Engineering or related field, 10+ years of property maintenance experience, and fluency in English and Chinese. Competitive package offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services Engineering, Building Surveying or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in property maintenance or renovation.
• Strong knowledge of repairs for luxury residential properties or serviced apartments.
• Familiar with Hong Kong regulations and requirements.
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese

About the Role: As the Technical Manager, you will lead a team of 8-10 members, along with contractors, to manage all aspects of repairs, maintenance, and renovations for the serviced apartments. Your expertise will ensure the highest standards are met, maintaining the luxury and quality our client is known for.

Requirements:

Degree in Building Services Engineering, Building Surveying, or a related discipline

Minimum 10 years of experience in property maintenance or renovation

Familiar with Hong Kong statutory regulations and requirements

Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
