Job summary

Shun Tak Property Management Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Shun Tak Group, is seeking a proactive Quality Assurance leader to oversee QA for Hong Kong property management operations and to own the maintenance and continual improvement of ISO management systems.

The role requires coordinating with internal and external parties on QA activities for sites, leading the Administration team, and driving quality, environmental, and health & safety initiatives across the region, with

Qualifications

• Degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Property Management, Procurement, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years’ solid experience in quality management / procurement process implementation and reinforcement of which 2 years in managerial level
• Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System
• Strong team spirit, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
