Job summary

Shun Tak Property Management Limited in Hong Kong invites applications for a building maintenance leadership role. You will negotiate and monitor maintenance contractors, oversee tendering, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Requirements include a Higher Diploma or above (Building Services Engineering or related), 3–5 years in building repair and maintenance, and excellent English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years working experiences in building repair & maintenance.
• Strong leadership, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
