Job Description

Resolve tickets quickly by understanding customer business needs; track requirements based on real cloud usage to drive product improvements.

Lead critical incident response, perform risk inspections, and set up proactive monitoring/alerting for faster recovery and fewer disruptions.

Run end-to-end dependency assessments and high-availability drills; support customers during major peak events with stress testing and failover practice.

Improve architecture and resource management (utilization, capacity planning, elastic scaling); guide Landing Zone setup and Well-Architected Framework alignment.

Provide structured service channels, tailored assurance programs, cloud migration/expert guidance (architecture, tuning, performance, governance, security), and help uncover new business opportunities through customer relationships

Job Requirements

3+ years across solution design, architecture, backend development, delivery, or operations for large-scale internet and enterprise systems (e.g., internet/finance).

Technical background with experience building and/or operating large-scale applications using cloud products.

Practical knowledge in one or more areas such as cloud-native technologies, big data, databases, networking, and middleware.

Strong understanding of the underlying architecture of core products in the supported business lines, plus specialized competencies.

Can design solutions or diagnose complex issues across multiple product systems.

Identifies key stakeholders and customer segments, creates effective communication, and maintains clear, focused dialogue - including senior executive-level discussions in relevant domains.

Strong service orientation - takes end-to-end ownership of customer technical projects (operational assurance, technical transformation, stack migration) and drives resolution/execution.

Decomposes complex problems, produces integrated assessments and strategies, and applies real case studies for tailored improvements (HA, operations assurance, capacity planning, DR, cost optimization) while proactively managing risks.
