Agricultural Bank Of China (HK Branch) seeks a Team Leader for the Digital Transformation Team in the Information Technology Department. You will manage the team, allocate tasks, evaluate performance, and oversee daily system maintenance.

Additionally, you will supervise project progress, develop fintech and data governance systems, and drive technology planning. Strong communication in Chinese and English is essential, with CFA/FRM/ECF_Fintech qualifications considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of fintech experience and deep knowledge of financial industry processes and systems.
• Proven team leadership with cross‑department coordination and performance management.
• PMP, Scrum Master or equivalent project management certification; strong PM skills.
• Experience driving multi‑party resource coordination and effective communication.
• Awareness of cutting‑edge technologies like blockchain, AI, and big data.
• Fluent in reading/writing Chinese and English; Mandarin communication is a plus.

Team Leader_Digital Transformation Team ( Information Technology Department)

1. Team Management: Implement the requirements of the department general manager, responsible for work allocation, performance evaluation, and other management tasks of the digital transformation team members.

2. System Maintenance: Organize the digital transformation team to handle the daily maintenance of the systems they are responsible for.

3. Project Management: Supervise and coordinate the progress of all projects, and execute project management tasks.

4. System Management: Formulate or revise systems related to fintech and data governance based on technological and regulatory requirements.

5. Technology Planning: Develop information technology project plans and follow up on the implementation of these plans.

6. Product Pre-research: Research product dynamics of the head office and local peer institutions, investigate market fintech developments, conduct product pre-research and innovation, and write fintech research and industry analysis reports.

Requirements:

1. Possess over 10 years of experience in the fintech field, proficient in financial industry business processes and system architecture;

2. Deeply understand banking business systems and operational standards, and hold PMP/Scrum Master or other project management certifications;

3. Over 5 years of experience in team management and cross-departmental collaboration;

4. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively driving multi-party resource coordination;

5. Maintain continuous learning ability, with keen insights into cutting-edge technologies such as blockchain, AI, and big data;

6. Proficient in reading and writing in both Chinese and English, able to communicate fluently in Mandarin;

7. Preference given to those holding CFA/FRM/ECF_Fintech qualification or other professional qualification certifications.
