Job summary

Agricultural Bank Of China (HK Branch) seeks a Team Leader for the Digital Transformation Team in the Information Technology Department. You will manage the team, allocate tasks, evaluate performance, and oversee daily system maintenance.

Additionally, you will supervise project progress, develop fintech and data governance systems, and drive technology planning. Strong communication in Chinese and English is essential, with CFA/FRM/ECF_Fintech qualifications considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of fintech experience and deep knowledge of financial industry processes and systems.
• Proven team leadership with cross‑department coordination and performance management.
• PMP, Scrum Master or equivalent project management certification; strong PM skills.
• Experience driving multi‑party resource coordination and effective communication.
• Awareness of cutting‑edge technologies like blockchain, AI, and big data.
• Fluent in reading/writing Chinese and English; Mandarin communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Team management: allocate work, evaluate performance, and handle management tasks for digital transformation team members.
• System maintenance: oversee daily maintenance of the responsible systems by the team.
• Project management: supervise progress of all projects and coordinate tasks.
• System management: develop or revise fintech and data governance systems per tech and regulatory needs.
• Technology planning: create IT project plans and track their execution.
• Product pre‑research: study market fintech developments and write industry reports.
