Job summary

Nan Fung Group is hiring an Assistant Manager - Talent & Organization Development to join our team in Hong Kong. This role oversees the end-to-end performance management and employee engagement cycle, acting as the analytical engine across Organization Development, Learning & Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 4+ years of HR data analytics and performance-driven experience, and strong storytelling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in performance management, employee engagement survey, or HR data analytics.
• Advanced analytical capability with ability to aggregate multi-source HR data, using dashboards and analytics tools to generate actionable insights.
• Demonstrated curiosity and practical agility in adopting AI tools to enhance work efficiency.
• Strong project management, interpersonal, and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
