Job summary

General Security (HK) Limited is seeking an experienced recruitment professional in Hong Kong to lead end-to-end hiring efforts for the organization. The role focuses on attracting top-tier talent, building strategic sourcing channels, and driving key HR processes and workforce planning in a dynamic security environment.

You will collaborate across functions, monitor recruitment KPIs, and contribute to talent strategy, while supporting a friendly and harmonious workplace in Kowloon Bay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in Hong Kong.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
• Design and execute proactive talent sourcing strategies and workforce plans.
• Build, expand, and optimize talent channels and networks for high-growth hiring.
• Monitor KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance, quality-of-hire) and analyze talent metrics.
• Partner in annual HR cycles including performance management, succession planning, and headcount budgeting.
• Drive employer branding programs and strategic talent acquisition projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives to attract top-tier talent aligned with evolving business requirements and headcount targets.
• Design and execute proactive talent sourcing strategies and workforce plans to drive organizational growth.
• Build, expand, and optimize innovative talent channels and strategic networks to support high-growth hiring demands.
• Monitor key recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and quality-of-hire) and analyze talent metrics alongside market trends to guide executive decision-making.
• Partner in key annual HR cycles, including performance management, succession planning, compensation reviews, and headcount budgeting.
• Drive employer branding programs and strategic talent acquisition projects to strengthen market positioning and candidate engagement.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in Hong Kong (MNC, listed company, or sizeable enterprise background preferred; property management or security exposure a plus).
• Strong leadership capabilities, sharp critical thinking, and decisive problem-solving skills to manage complex talent acquisition challenges.
• Self-driven, well-organized, and able to work independently with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
