Job summary

Huawei is seeking a Human Resources – Talent Acquisition professional in Hong Kong to support full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and interview coordination to onboarding. You will work with business units to clarify position requirements, optimize job descriptions, and establish hiring criteria.

The role also involves coordinating internal transfers and exits, plus regularly analyzing recruitment data to propose strategy improvements and compile reports. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in HR or related field.
• At least 3 years HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced MNC or Chinese organization.
• At least 3 years in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, independent, responsible and well-organized.
• Sensitive to numbers and data.
• Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Provide full support for HR - Talent Acquisition to complete the whole process of talent search, interview arrangement, background check and onboarding.
• Work closely with business departments to clarify position requirements (JD optimization, hiring criteria etc.).
• Coordinate internal movement and off-boarding logistics, e.g. prepare letters, forms, data entry and filing etc.
• Regularly analyze recruitment data, provide insights into the talent market and recruiting strategy recommendations.
• Participate in ad hoc assignments, reports preparing and other administrative duties.
