Job summary

Frazer Jones seeks a talented Talent Acquisition Lead to own APAC talent acquisition in a high-growth, international context. You will partner with regional HR and senior business leaders to shape a strategic, consistent approach to hiring and lead critical senior-level searches across multiple APAC markets.

You will strengthen employer branding, manage vendors and build pipelines while driving TA process improvements and providing market insights to drive business decisions.

We are partnering with a well-established international organisation to appoint a newly created Talent Acquisition Lead, APAC.

With the APAC business performing strongly, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of Talent Acquisition across the region and help shape a more strategic, consistent and impactful approach to hiring.

The Opportunity

This is much more than a recruitment delivery role. Working closely with regional HR and senior business leaders, you will help shape the APAC talent acquisition agenda while remaining hands-on with critical and senior-level hiring.

Your remit will include:

• Leading end-to-end Talent Acquisition across multiple APAC markets
• Partnering with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy and workforce priorities
• Managing critical and senior-level searches
• Strengthening employer branding and talent attraction
• Managing recruitment vendors, search partners and agency relationships

About You

We are looking for an experienced in-house Talent Acquisition professional with a track record working across APAC within an international business.

You will be commercially minded, confident partnering with senior stakeholders and equally comfortable thinking strategically and getting hands-on with searches. Experience across vendor management, employer branding and regional TA projects would be particularly valuable.
