This is a significant leadership opportunity for an accomplished Talent Acquisition leader who can combine strategy, strong stakeholder influence and team leadership with a genuinely hands‑on approach to recruitment.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of the organisation’s Group Talent Acquisition strategy, partnering closely with senior leadership to ensure the business has the talent and capabilities required for its future growth.

This is not a role for someone who wants to operate purely at a strategic level. The successful individual will be comfortable moving between shaping the broader Talent Acquisition agenda, advising senior stakeholders, developing the team and personally getting involved in critical and senior‑level searches when required.

• Build trusted relationships with senior business and HR stakeholders

About You

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader who brings:

• Significant in‑house Talent Acquisition leadership experience within a sizeable and sophisticated organisation
• A proven track record of developing and executing Talent Acquisition strategy
• Strong people leadership with experience managing and developing high‑performing recruiters
• Exceptional senior stakeholder management and influencing capability
• Genuine hands‑on search and sourcing expertise
• Strong commercial judgement and an ability to understand the broader business, not just recruitment
• Experience operating successfully within a complex, fast‑moving environment
• Cantonese language capability is preferred
