You will partner with regional HR and senior business leaders to shape a strategic, consistent approach to hiring and lead critical senior-level searches across multiple APAC markets.

You will strengthen employer branding, manage vendors and build pipelines while driving TA process improvements and providing market insights to drive business decisions.

• Manage recruitment vendors, search partners and agency relationships.
• Build talent pipelines for strategically important capabilities.
• Drive improvements across TA processes, technology, data and candidate experience.
• Bring external market intelligence and talent insights into business discussions.
