Prudential plc in Hong Kong is seeking a capable recruitment professional to support hiring across industries, banks and other target areas. You will coordinate candidate documentation and recruitment packages while working closely with agency managers.

This role requires strong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. English and Chinese communication skills are important.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in insurance, recruitment, or financial services.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; good communication.

Responsabilités

• Support recruitment of industry, bank and other targeted candidates.
• Assist in candidate documentation and recruitment package preparation.
• Coordinate with agency managers to follow up recruitment cases and prepare related documents.
• Prepare regular reports to track recruitment progress.
• Monitor recruitment performance and provide updates to management.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the team; handle ad hoc duties.
