Job summary

Neo Derm (HK) Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition (Retail Operations) to manage full-cycle recruitment for frontline roles spanning beauty consultants, therapists, and customer service. You will collaborate with Retail Operations on hiring needs and drive sourcing through portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.

You will screen resumes, coordinate interviews, manage offers and onboarding, and provide regular recruitment updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline.
• 1–3 years recruitment experience.
• Experience in Retail / Beauty / FMCG is an advantage.
• Agency recruiter background welcome.
• Strong communication skills and sense of urgency.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for frontline retail positions (e.g. Beauty Consultants, Therapists, Customer Service, Receptionists, Nurse assistant, etc.)
• Work closely with Retail Operations on manpower planning and hiring needs
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview arrangements
• Manage offer process and onboarding follow-up
• Prepare simple recruitment reports and hiring updates
• Support employer branding and other HR projects as needed
