Neo Derm (HK) Ltd is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support its R&D department. You will conduct scientific literature research on the company’s equipment and treatments, evaluate evidence for efficacy and safety, and prepare literature reviews and presentations to support product launches.

Qualifikationen

University degree in Science, Medical Science, Biomedical Science, or a related discipline.
Experience in scientific literature research, evidence evaluation, and scientific writing is preferred.
Ability to interpret scientific publications and summarize findings clearly.
Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Good command of written English and Chinese, and spoken English and Cantonese.

To support our aggressive growth plan, we are inviting a Clinical Specialist to support the R&D department. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s beauty equipment and technologies. Support R&D, product and treatment development, and internal teams through scientific literature research and clinical evidence evaluation.

Responsibilities

Scientific Research and R&D Support

Search scientific literature to identify relevant peer-reviewed publications and clinical studies on the company’s equipment, technologies, and treatment applications.

Evaluate the quality, relevance, and limitations of scientific and clinical evidence relating to treatment efficacy and safety.

Prepare literature reviews, clinical evidence summaries, scientific presentations, and reference materials to support R&D and product launches.

Organize and maintain scientific publications and clinical reference materials.

Cross-functional Support

Assist in coordinating research, product and treatment development, and launch activities.

Share relevant medical and scientific findings with internal business units.

Provide scientific and clinical information to support marketing, operations, and training materials.

Position Requirements

University degree in Science, Medical Science, Biomedical Science, or a related discipline.

Experience in scientific literature research, evidence evaluation, and scientific writing is preferred.

Ability to interpret scientific publications and summarize findings clearly.
