Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. in Hong Kong seeks a senior IT project professional to oversee contractor-led IT projects across feasibility, analysis, design, procurement, development, testing, and maintenance, ensuring UAT, implementation, and system nursing.

You will prepare updates and collaborate with contractors and stakeholders. The role requires PMP certification and extensive experience in IT, application development, system implementation and maintenance, SQL, and technical architecture,

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects.
• At least 10 years' experience in IT industry.
• At least 10 years' experience in application development.
• At least 5 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support, SQL, Technical Architectural Support and Project Management.
• PMP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractor in IT projects including feasibility study, systems analysis and design, procurement and installation, development, testing and user acceptance, implementation, system nursing and maintenance of IT systems.
• Prepare project updates, reports and specifications.
• Work with contractor to monitor system usage and manage allocation of IT infrastructure resources;
• Support housekeeping jobs for security control, job accounting, system and data backup, disaster recovery and media management purposes
• To assist in liaison with contractor, government departments and other stakeholders for the IT projects;
• Monitor the performance of subordinates
• Provide administrative support in other ICT matters and perform other relevant tasks as assigned.
