Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Diploma or Degree holder in Engineering / Construction for a Site Coordinator role at the Ang Mo Kio project site. The contract is 1 year renewable/ convertible, with a salary range of SGD 3,800 to SGD 4,000.

Working days are Monday to Friday, and you will coordinate with Main Contractor, Sub-contractors, Consultants and Client to ensure smooth execution of works. You will monitor progress, manage inspections and safety, update drawings, and maintain thorough site

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Construction / Building Services or equivalent
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant site coordination or supervision experience
• Strong experience in site coordination with main contractors and sub-contractors
• Familiar with construction drawings, revisions, and site documentation control
• Knowledge of WSOH regulations and site safety practices
• Experience in arranging and managing site inspections and quality records
• Ability to monitor progress against project schedules and identify risks
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple site activities concurrently
• Proficient in basic documentation tools (e.g. MS Office)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with Main Contractor, Sub-contractors, Consultants, and Client on all site-related matters
• Attend daily site meetings (M&E coordination, Architectural coordination) and ad-hoc meetings as required
• Ensure all instructions, updates, and information from Client / Consultant / Main Contractor are communicated clearly to all project team members
• Attend and participate in daily site walks to identify issues and ensure smooth execution of works
• Monitor daily site activities and track work progress, reporting status and issues to the Project Manager (PM)
• Monitor sub-contractors’ work progress to ensure alignment with the approved project schedule
• Identify, track, and report abortive works to the PM with supporting details
• Update as-built drawings or installation changes where required
• Liaise with RTO and relevant parties to arrange and attend inspections
• Arrange team members for Site Inspection Checklist (SIC) activities
• Ensure all inspection records and SIC documents are properly completed, maintained, and filed
• Ensure all parties are working using the latest approved revision drawings
• Maintain proper documentation and systematic filing of: SIC records, Drawings and revisions, Site correspondence and reports
• Ensure accurate tracking of site changes and updates
• Ensure all site personnel strictly comply with WSOH regulations and in-house safety rules and procedures
• Highlight and elevate safety non-compliance issues to the PM where necessary
• Monitor Bill of Quantities (BQ) and material availability on sit
• Coordinate with PM, System team, and Sub-contractors on material procurement to ensure steady material flow for installation works
• Prevent delays caused by material shortages
