Job summary

ST Engineering Advanced Networks & Sensors seeks an Assistant / Project Manager to deliver military and commercial communication systems. You will plan, execute, monitor and close projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, quality and contractual fulfillment.

The role requires coordinating resources, stakeholders, and risks in a fast-paced environment from Ang Mo Kio, Singapore. We value 5+ years in project management for large-scale infra, defence project exposure, and familiarity

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in managing medium to large scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience delivering defence sector projects is highly desired.
• Technical familiarity with satellite communications network and equipment.
• Familiarity with Singapore government procurement processes is a plus.
• PMI/PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the project to ensure on-time, within budget and contractual compliance.
• Lead and manage the project team.
• Interpret contract and extract essential information for objectives and fulfilments.
• Identify contractual system requirements and deliverables and manage timelines.
• Analyze project materials and service purchases for cost and risk optimization.
• Coordinate, manage risks, liaise with resources, and supervise project parties.
• Provide regular project reports/updates to customers and management.
• Monitor payment milestones to ensure timely billing.
