Job summary

ACW Distribution (HK) LTD. is a leading IT solution distributor in Hong Kong. The role involves providing technical support to customers and supporting pre-sales activities, while taking responsibility for solution design, development, testing and implementation.

You will conduct product presentations and demos and carry out PoC to validate concepts. The ideal candidate holds a Higher Diploma or Degree in IT or related fields with at least 2 years of IT industry experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level IT education or higher is preferred.
• 2 years IT industry experience required; fresh graduates considered.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus; knowledge of AI toolchains is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and assist with pre-sales duties.
• Design, develop, test, and implement IT solutions for customers.
• Perform product/solution presentations and demos for stakeholders.
• Carry out PoC (Proof of Concept) activities to validate solutions.

Job Responsibility:

• Provide technical support to customersand support pre-sales duties
• Responsible for solution design, development, testing and implementation
• Conduct product / solution presentation and demo
• Carry out PoC (Proof of concept)

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in IT or Computer related discipline
• 2 years experience in IT industryor above. (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Knowledge and experience to support the following solutions will be an advantage
  • Leading AI Tool, such asClaude Code, Github Copilot, DeepSeek, Qwen...etc
  • Document Imaging and Management System or
  • Workflow solution
• Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Good written and verbal communication in Chinese while good command of English will be an advantage
• Solid on the job training will be provided
• Candidate with less experience will be consider as Systems Engineer
