Job summary

ACW Distribution (HK) LTD. is seeking a Marketing Executive to manage day-to-day brand operations, project management, and vendor support (≈70%) with the remaining 30% on social media content creation to strengthen our digital presence.

The role includes event coverage and collaboration across internal teams and partners. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in Marketing Operations, Brand Management, or related roles, with a Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in English and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Brand Management, Agency, or Event and Project Coordination.
• Experience using AI tools is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Marketing Manager with vendor relationships, brand administration, and daily operation workflows across portfolio brands.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on campaigns, product launches, and logistics.
• Create engaging social media content (IG Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn) and manage content calendars.
• Handle end-to-end event coverage with photos/videos and edit into highlight reels.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, adaptable, and forward-thinking Marketing Executive to join our growing team. As a premier brand distributor, we are looking for a talent who can effectively handle day-to-day brand operations, project management, and vendor support (approx. 70%), with the remaining 30% dedicated to hands‑on social media content creation to elevate our digital presence and execute compelling event coverage.

Job Responsibilities

Brand Operations & Daily Execution (Approx. 70%)

• Assist the Marketing Manager in managing vendor relationships, brand administration, and daily operation workflows across assigned portfolio brands.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on campaign execution, product launches, premium/sample logistics and processing marketing fund.
• Assist in organizing pop‑up events, trade fairs, and promotional activations, ensuring all logistical and operational requirements are smoothly met in a timely manner.
• Handle adhoc project assigned by Marketing Manager

Content Creation (Approx. 30%)

• Create engaging social media content (IG Reels, Facebook and LinkedIn) for assigned brands, from copy drafting to visual production.
• Handle end‑to‑end event coverage, including capturing photos/videos at marketing events and editing them into punchy Event Highlight Reels.
• Explore and utilize AI tools to increase efficiency and streamline multi‑brand content creation.
• Manage social media content calendars and engage with online communities to build brand affinity.

Job Requirement & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Brand Management, Agency, or Event and Project Coordination; experience in using AI tools is highly preferred.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors and cross‑functional teams.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and social media trends.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
