Job summary

EDPS Systems Limited in Hong Kong is seeking two Contract Systems Analysts to support a government project involving business process review, design, and AI and OA adoption. You will work with business users to map AS-IS and TO-BE processes and implement improved workflows.

The role requires at least 5 years IT experience with 3 years in a similar capacity, plus hands-on AI experience and BI/data mining skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of post-qualification IT experience, including 3 years in a similar capacity.
• Experience in business process analysis and redesign, including preparation of AS-IS and TO-BE process maps.
• Experience applying AI or office automation technologies to optimise business workflows.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional discussions and producing specifications and user manuals.
• BI / Data Mining: at least 2 years.
• Document Flow / Workflow Management Systems: at least 3 years.
• Information System Study: at least 3 years.
• IT Planning: at least 3 years.
• Business Process Modelling: at least 2 years.

Responsibilities

About the role

The successful candidates will work closely with business users to review existing processes, identify operational bottlenecks, and design and implement improved workflows.
