Job summary

TEKsystems Global Services, LLC is partnering with a leading insurer on a technology transformation, seeking a Systems Analyst to own end-to-end delivery of enterprise initiatives and drive cloud modernization.

You will translate complex business needs into technical requirements for development teams, engage stakeholders, coordinate cross‑region activities, and review designs for Java/Spring Boot and modern web apps, with Azure or Alibaba Cloud experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, or related role.
• Strong experience working with business stakeholders, development teams, and third-party vendors.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical solutions.
• Experience managing project deliverables across distributed teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience within insurance, financial services, or large enterprise environments is advantageous.

Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of Java / Spring Boot applications and architecture

Exposure to React or modern web technologies is preferred

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, Alibaba Cloud, or similar environments

Familiarity with cloud migration, deployment processes, and troubleshooting concepts

Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and review technical solutions, even in a largely non-coding role
