Job summary

TEKsystems Global Services, LLC is partnering with a leading insurer on a technology transformation, seeking a Systems Analyst to own end-to-end delivery of enterprise initiatives and drive cloud modernization.

You will translate complex business needs into technical requirements for development teams, engage stakeholders, coordinate cross‑region activities, and review designs for Java/Spring Boot and modern web apps, with Azure or Alibaba Cloud experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, or related role.
• Strong experience working with business stakeholders, development teams, and third-party vendors.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical solutions.
• Experience managing project deliverables across distributed teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience within insurance, financial services, or large enterprise environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project delivery for enterprise technology initiatives
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for development teams
• Act as the key liaison between business users, offshore development teams, and external vendors
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders
• Support system modernization and cloud migration initiatives
• Review solution designs and technical deliverables to ensure business requirements are met
• Facilitate requirement workshops, solution discussions, and stakeholder meetings
• Monitor project progress and ensure quality delivery of solutions
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to drive successful implementation outcomes
