Job summary

Delken Group Limited seeks a System Support to join a large technology corporation established by the Hong Kong Government. The role covers technical assistance for STP Platform systems, web apps, tools and hardware, with SLA-driven incident handling and SOP adherence.

The candidate should have a Diploma in Information Systems or Computer Science, experience with AWS/Azure, Linux, OpenShift and basic container/network concepts; 1 year of relevant support experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder in Information System, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Experience in AWS and Azure, Linux, and OpenShift will be an advantage.
• 1 year of relevant support experience.
• Basic understanding of container platforms (OpenShift), VPN and network access.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies/tools.
• Experience with designing and delivering complex systems on time and within budget will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for STP Platform related systems, web applications, software tools and hardware.
• Respond to isolated problems, determine and implement solutions.
• Ensure adherence to SLA timelines and report to project owners and platform development team.
• Ensure SOPs of the platform development team are followed.

Job description

Our clientis a large technology corporation established by the Hong Kong Government, they are currently seeking a System Support to join their team.

System Support

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting and support for incoming queries related to STP Platform related system, web application, software tools and hardware.
• Responds to isolated problems, determines and implements the solution for the issues.
• Ensure timeline is followed the SLA and report to project owners and platform development team in a timely manner.
• Ensures appropriate procedures and processes are followed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of platform development team
• Monitors, evaluates and ensures the completion of tasks and projects

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Information System, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Experience in AWS and Azure, Linux and solid experience on Action Directory will be an advantage.
• 1 year’s relevant support experience.
• Basic understanding of container (e.g., OpenShift, VPN, and network access)
• Demonstrated strong technical skills/knowledge/experience and solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management methodologies/tools.
• Experience with complex system (including performance and security) design and implementation, successfully developing/delivering multiple software products on-time with quality, within budget will be an advantage
