Responsibilities

• Work within the Email Services team, as part of a group of skilled support and implementation staff responsible for the management, administration, delivery and integrity of messaging infrastructure.
• Working closely and sharing knowledge with team members both locally and around the world is a key aspect of the role.
• The role includes, but is not limited to, all reactive elements of day to day service delivery, escalation, problem solving and implementation tasks.
• Support of multiple technologies in Email delivery to agreed service levels. These areas include end to end support for email and support activities.
• The role includes support of multiple Messaging technologies such as Microsoft Exchange and an ecosystem of service and security technologies that support the transmission of email and other collaboration capabilities.
• Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate good technical proficiency in Messaging platforms and supporting systems (through a combination of experience and industry‑recognised certification/training).
