Responsibilities

• System and infrastructure management and monitoring
• Implementation of new infrastructures, hardware refreshment to align the industry standards
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
• Build and maintain the technical diagrams, documentation and associated system processes and procedures
• Contribute to business continuity and business recovery exercises, taking part in regular business continuity testing
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
• Co-ordinate with external vendors on system inquiries and maintenance
• Follow security guidelines on server/network hardening
• Evaluate new products and technology

Job Requirements

• Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft, UNIX /Linux based environments.
• Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, VCenter, Hyper‑V, HCI)
• Microsoft Certified Engineer have an advantage
• Good command of English and Chinese with good interpersonal skill, telephone manner and service attitude
• Proficient in Windows Server, MS Desktop Applications, Active‑Directory, DNS, DHCP, CA, MS O365, VMware, backup system, problem diagnosis tools, remote support tools, deployment and patching tools, ticketing system
