Responsibilities

• Various daily and system support the infrastructure and application systems.
• Provide daily supports on system administration, backup operation and batch processing.
• Occasional needs to perform system support and fire‑fighting after office hours.
• Occasional needs to perform system maintenance and application system program migration during non‑office hours and weekend.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any of the information technology.
• Minimum 4 years of Windows Server support.
• Interpersonal sensitivity and customer responsiveness with good spoken and written communication skills, team working skills.
• Escalation of problems in a timely manner as per the escalation matrix.
• Good English and Chinese communication skills (both written and spoken)
