Job summary

aimHigher Consultancy Limited seeks a Senior Supply Chain (Logistics & Transportation) Analyst for APAC to drive regional freight operations, transportation management, and logistics visibility initiatives.

You will serve as the regional expert for international freight, manage 3PLs, and provide data-driven insights via KPI reporting and Power BI dashboards. A strong analytics mindset and stakeholder collaboration are essential in a fast-paced APAC environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight management, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in retail, consumer goods, FMCG, healthcare, pharmaceutical, alcohol & spirits, beauty, or other product-based industries.
• Proven regional APAC experience supporting multiple markets and coordinating cross-border logistics activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound, outbound, and return shipments across the APAC region, ensuring timely delivery and high service levels.
• Coordinate return shipments from the Hong Kong regional distribution centre to global warehouses and suppliers.
• Monitor and control transportation spend, ensuring shipments are executed within agreed budgets.
• Oversee import and export activities across multiple APAC markets, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, trade requirements, and Incoterms.
• Manage freight forwarders, courier service providers, and third-party logistics partners to ensure optimal service performance.
• Review and validate freight and 3PL invoices against contracts, quotations, and agreed commercial terms.
• Monitor logistics performance through KPI reporting and data analysis, identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies and service improvements.
• Maintain end-to-end shipment visibility using logistics reporting tools, shipment trackers, and Power BI dashboards.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support inventory planning and business decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders to standardize processes and enhance logistics visibility and compliance.
• Support business transformation projects, including SAP integration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), process enhancement initiatives, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with dangerous goods transportation requirements, including IATA, IMDG, and other relevant regulations where applicable.
