Job summary

Regent Hong Kong is seeking an experienced in-room dining professional to support daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to Forbes standards. You will coordinate guest dietary requests and supervise the in-room dining team to maintain top-tier experiences.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, F&B knowledge, and fluency in English and Chinese, with opportunities for career growth in a luxury hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager in daily in-room dining operations to ensure quality service and standards.
• Communicate additional meal requirements of guests such as allergies and dietary needs and special requests with other concerned departments.
• Ensure all in-room dining equipment are in proper operational condition and are cleaned on a regular basis.
• Report guest feedback to Manager.
• Check guest satisfaction on service, food and beverage quality.
• Supervise and train in-room dining team on their day-to-day work to ensure adherence to hotel and Forbes standard.
