Job summary

Rosewood Hong Kong, a luxury property by the harbour, is seeking intuitive and engaged Associates to embark on a Rosewood Journey. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service in the restaurant, supporting smooth operations, and maintaining impeccable hygiene and standards.

Requirements include a Higher Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management, with 3 years’ experience in a luxury hotel or at least 1 year in a similar capacity.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
• Diploma or higher in Hospitality or Tourism management preferred.
• Experience in luxury hotel environment is an advantage.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our guests in accordance to hotel standards
• Assist to ensure a smooth operation and achieve a high level of customer service within the restaurant
• Achieve high level of customer satisfactions by serving guests and maintaining the delighted dining environment
• To maintain the high level of hygiene and quality standard for the restaurants

Requirements

• F5 or Higher Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is an advantage
• Minimum 3years’ relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel or at least 1 years in similar capacity
• Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is essential
• High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
