Job summary

The Langham, Hong Kong is seeking an experienced In-Room Dining Attendant to supervise shifts under the In Room Dining Manager and deliver a delightful dining experience for our guests, creating memorable moments in a true 5-star setting.

You will provide seamless service at 5-star hotel standards, monitor service flow, and maintain high cleanliness in the dining venues, while offering well-informed product recommendations.

Qualifications

6 years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years supervisory level in in-room dining operations.
Diploma in Hotel & Catering Operations or related disciplines.
Enthusiastic personality with guest service oriented mindset with good F&B knowledge and strong communication skills.
Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Verbal and written).

Responsibilities

Supervise different shifts of operations and assist In Room Dining Manager to deliver a delightful dining experience to our guests, creating memorable moments.
Provide seamless service with guests to 5-star hotel standards.
