Job summary

MS11 PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent site supervisor in Hong Kong to oversee daily operations on our construction facility.

You will read and interpret drawings, prepare schedules and forecast resources for all project activities, and ensure proper material storage with minimal waste on site. You will foster strong communication with the team, management, vendors and clients, implement site safety policies, and supervise staff, conducting reviews and attendance records.

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand construction drawings and plans.
• Prepare schedules, pre-plans and forecast resources for project activities.
• Control material flow on site to minimize wastage and losses.
• Maintain safe and secure site practices through established policies.
• Supervise staff, conduct reviews and manage attendance records.
• Set goals and track project progress to completion.
• Communicate with customers and liaise with contractors as needed.

• Oversee day to day operations of the facility.

• Monitor and control material management on site as to ensure proper storage and unnecessary wastage.
• Foster positive communications and relationships with team members, management, vendors and clients.
• Provide for site safety and security, devise and implement site policies and procedures.
• Supervise and evaluate staff, complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance, discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate.
• Set project goals and oversee projects to completion, schedule and track assignments.
• Communicate with customers regarding products and services.
• Liase and work closely with contractor.
• Proactive, good team player with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
