Job summary

• Assist project management team on site works
• Co-ordinate and monitor the work tasks as specified in the Project Quality Plan;
• Plan, implement and monitor site activities;
• Set performance goals and deadlines, monitor and report on project progress and plan construction processes;
• Assist enforce safety and environmental regulations and take appropriate precautionary and rectification measures;
• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs;

Requirements:

• Qualified for TCP Grade T1/T2
• At least 2 years or above relevant experience
• Certificate in Safety Supervisor
• Certificate in Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) is preferable
• Self-discipline and good communication skills;
