A leading recruitment firm in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced candidate to assist the project management team on site works. This role includes coordinating and monitoring work tasks as specified in the Project Quality Plan, planning site activities, setting performance goals, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate must have TCP Grade T1/T2 and at least 2 years of relevant experience, along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified for TCP Grade T1/T2.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Certificate in Safety Supervisor.

Description du poste

• Assist project management team on site works
• Co-ordinate and monitor the work tasks as specified in the Project Quality Plan;
• Plan, implement and monitor site activities;
• Set performance goals and deadlines, monitor and report on project progress and plan construction processes;
• Assist enforce safety and environmental regulations and take appropriate precautionary and rectification measures;
• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs;

Requirements:

• Qualified for TCP Grade T1/T2
• At least 2 years or above relevant experience
• Certificate in Safety Supervisor
• Certificate in Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) is preferable
• Self-discipline and good communication skills;
