BOB (HK) LTD is seeking a Site Foreman to oversee daily site operations on Hong Kong Island, ensuring projects are completed safely and to high standards. The role involves leading trades and subcontractors, monitoring progress and quality, and enforcing health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Foreman or similar supervisory role in construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans and specifications.
• Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and make timely decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and basic operation on AutoCAD.
• Driving License and Safety Supervisor certification required.
• Night shift availability required.
